With most patient engagement solutions care content is intentionally hidden for you to access and difficult to modify, if at all possible. In many cases vendors of engagement solutions claim ownership of your care content and IP on their platform. HealthAPPBuildr on the contrary is an open platform to allow our clients create and own their care content. The HealthAPPBuildr engine is making creating care content a breeze. With an open platform in mind, we developed the care content module in such a way that you create and easily share your care content with your clients.

Care Plan Editor

HealthAPPBuildr’s core app provides a graphical tool to literally build easy to follow care plans in minutes without any coding knowledge. There is a library of existing building blocks for creating care instructions, – recommendations, feed-back questions, biometric measurement requests, clinical surveys and physical workouts. We call these care plan elements HealthAPPBuildr “cards”; there are instruction-, annotation-, question-measurement- survey- and workout cards.

Survey Editor

Whether you’re doing medical research in a university or for population health management, surveys can be critical to understanding the population you serve. Using surveys makes it easy to collect and analyze data for anything from basic research to clinical trials to epidemiological studies.

As part of the care plan editor, you create quickly standardized surveys and questionnaires which automatically tabulate scores and alert providers when certain thresholds are surpassed. HealthAPPBuildr has a library of commonly used surveys, which you can use and add new ones to.

Workout Editor

Workout Editor allows you to build physiotherapy or workout sessions by configuring individual exercises with amount of sets, reps and weight recommendations. HealthAPPBuildr provides a library of 350 exercises with video instructions which you can deploy or you use your own library of exercises.

Care Delivery

As easy it is to create your care pathways, it is as easy to seamlessly deliver the content to your users. From enrolling patients to follow up with your clients, we make sure all the underlying system components are in place so you can focus on creating and operating your SAAS health & wellness solution.

Client Enrollment

First impressions matter, a seamless enrolling process into your APP is so important to make the “on-boarding experience” pleasant for your clients . We offer remote enrollment via E-Mail or “face to face” at your institution. Optionally, biometric devices can be connected either by institution as pre-configured kits or by the client connecting their own physiologic devices to your app. During the enrollment process a care plan will be assigned to your client with a defined start date of the treatment. Care plans are chosen from a library and can be quickly modified for a specific patient.

Family Members

Your clients are able to connect with family members allowing them to follow the progress of their loved ones.

Care Plan Assignment

If your app is providing multiple care pathways from different disciplines like PT, fitness or nutrition etc. or patients suffering co-morbidities, HealthAPPBuildr allows you to assign multiple care plans to one patient establishing a interdisciplinary treatment approach. Users are able to see the entire care content & progress of one particular patient and communicate among themselves. Care collaboration works beyond client affiliation to a provider network, they are easily connected with a simple email connection. With HealthAPPBuildr’s “mini-referral” feature, your care members can refer individual patients to other providers.

Patient Feedback

The HealthAPPBuildr care module allows you not only to provide care instructions, but also receive important feed-back from your users. Feedback can come in via automatic physiologic feedback like steps, heart rates, blood pressure, O2 content, sleep data etc. or via manual client response to quantitative questions like VAS pain scale or in general to any question and surveys. You are able to define individual “out of range” values for physiologic parameters, HealthAPPBuildr will automatically create alerts notifying the care team about individual exceedances. HealthAPPBuildr can also tabulate survey responses alerting the care team when certain critical thresholds are reached. The Monitoring & Alert tool allows to directly respond to alerts by contacting the client within your app via chat or videoconference.
